  I had a bad experience with a girl called Daniele, a really a bad worker, last and truly didn't want to take my pictures for a passport, and was acting like a rude and lazy person. She finally after I insisted, took and I told her how to cut 2x2 photo. She did such a bad job, my face it was a far way, that the brazilian consulate, haven't accept to make my passaport, also I have to take another one at walgreens and come back to the Consulate, and cost me all afternoon between lines and wait to be attended. I come back to CVS and tell Daniele because her poor service and laziness, what happened, and Instead of she apology, she had a crazy reaction with a loud words to blame me, and punch the countertop to take away her frustration, and she knew she is the wrong one. She is a very umpolite and should not be doing with a customer. She has no patience and don't want to do her job, treating the customer so poorly and not controlling her angry.
